UNUSED TICKETS:

Per our ticketing policy, the Thingamajig Theatre Company will accept unused tickets back (with 24 hours notice) and provide a tax deduction letter for your donation.  Tickets cannot be donated back after your performance date and time has passed. The Thingamajig Theatre Company follows the national standard ticketing policy for regional theaters across the country, and does not offer refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases.

LOST TICKETS:

Please contact the Box Office at 979.731.SHOW (7469), and we will gladly resend your tickets electronically or reprint your tickets. Your replacement tickets can be emailed or will be waiting for you at the Box Office on the day of the performance.

SEATING:

Since our theater is an intimate, flexible, “black box” space, our seating configurations change from production to production.  Check each show’s seating configuration.  If you have any questions, please call our box office at 970.731.SHOW (7469).

ARRIVAL AND LATECOMERS:

Our lobby opens 60 minutes prior to the performance.  Any patron arriving late will be seated at the discretion of management.  Please note that due to our theater’s intimacy, some performances DO NOT ALLOW for late seating at all, so patrons will be seated at intermission. Reseating and rearrangement of seats for late comers is also at the discretion of management.
Accessibility: The PSCA is accessible to patrons with disabilities. However, because of the intimacy of our facility, please mention seating needs when placing your ticket order.

CONCESSIONS:

The PSCA concessions counter and lobby are open 60 minutes prior to every performance and during intermission.  Concessions include a variety of teas, coffees, soft drinks, and waters, as well as wine, beer, scotch, and light snacks. Concessions are allowed into the performance space.
